Product Overview of Dehumidifiers
The Weiteng series intelligent dehumidification dryer is a specialized device that uses mechanical refrigeration to remove excess moisture from indoor air, wood, and warehouses. Its dehumidification capacity ranges from 5kg/h to 15kg/h. Suitable for all places that require drying treatment, such as workshops, warehouses, research departments, data archives, postal and telecommunications, computer rooms, food, precision instruments, meters, electronics, wood warehouses, etc.
The Weiteng series intelligent dehumidification dryer has intelligent humidity control function, which can be customized according to user needs. Automatically control the operation and shutdown of the dehumidifier according to the set humidity value, maintaining constant humidity while saving energy.
Working principle of dehumidifier
Refrigeration system：
After the dehumidifier is powered on, the compressor starts working
Draw in low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant vapor from the evaporator. Compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure gas by the compressor, it enters the condenser. Condenses into a liquid state, releases heat, and then enters the evaporator through a throttle valve, absorbs heat from the air, and evaporates into a gaseous state. By entering the compressor through the suction pipe, a refrigeration cycle is completed.
Dehumidification system:
The centrifugal fan causes humid air to enter the evaporator through a filter screen and undergo rapid cooling. When the surface temperature of the evaporator is lower than the dew point temperature of the air, the moisture in the air condenses into water droplets and is discharged outside the machine. After being cooled down, the air is heated by a condenser and discharged outdoors. In this way, the cooling and dehumidification cycle continues, and the moisture in the humid air continuously condenses into water droplets, thus achieving the purpose of dehumidification.
