Wei Teng Series Single-Stage Compression Screw Air Compressor

The screw rotor (main unit) adopts a third-generation asymmetric tooth profile with a 5:6 rotor. The aspect ratio is reasonably selected, and the tangential speed of the rotor is only 30=36m/s, which is far lower than the tangential speed of 60m/s of a general air compressor. The rotors maintain a 0.003INCH gap and never wear out. The tooth pitch is small, so the backflow loss is small, which is 10-12% more efficient and 20% more power-saving than the 4:6 tooth profile.
