The first major energy saving: variable flow, avoiding waste of loading and unloading control
The variable frequency air compressor unit uses variable speed control technology to produce gas completely according to the actual gas demand of the factory, which not only reduces the high load operating current, but also completely avoids unloading losses, which are usually around 45% of the rated power.
The second major energy saving: constant pressure gas supply, avoiding waste caused by a pressure difference of 0.2MPa
The variable frequency air compressor unit can always maintain a constant pressure near the set pressure (e.g. 0.6MPa) to produce gas, ensuring stable supply pressure and avoiding high load current loss caused by a pressure difference of 0.2MPa. The starting current of a regular air compressor is relatively high. After starting, it is loaded and unloaded when the gas production reaches 0.8 MPa. When the system pressure drops to 0.6 MPa, it is reloaded, resulting in two wastes: no-load loss during unloading and pressure difference loss of 0.8-0.6=0.2 (MPa). A regular air compressor operates at 0.6MPa~0.8MPa, which means that a pressure of 0.6MPa is sufficient to meet normal production needs. The additional 0.2MPa is wasted, which is caused by the inherent defects of the regular air compressor unit!
