Low-Pressure Permanent Magnet Screw Air Compressor
The compressed air required by the textile, cement, chemical fiber, building materials, and glass industries has a working pressure of 3.5~4.5 bar. To achieve this, a 7-8 bar air compressor is installed with a pressure reducing valve, which greatly wastes energy.

Using an oil pump for forced lubrication to ensure sufficient fuel injection at extremely low exhaust pressures and maintain the optimal oil air mixture ratio.
The motor and the host are directly connected in a 1:1 ratio, using a large rotor and bottom speed. Ensure the high performance of the machine.
Increase the oil and gas separation equipment to ensure that the oil content at the outlet is less than 3ppm.
The heat dissipation area of the oil cooler is increased by more than 30% to ensure normal operation in summer without overheating.
